Log in to your toll provider (e.g., Good To Go, FasTrak, Linkt, 407 ETR, ExpressToll, E-Toll).
Download your activity report as a CSV. It must show the Pass/Tag Number and Date/Time.
Go to your Turo Dashboard > Earnings > Download CSV.
Download the CSV. This contains your Reservation IDs and Vehicle IDs.
Create a simple CSV to connect the two.
It needs two columns: Pass Number (matching the toll bill) and Vehicle ID (matching Turo).

The names below must match your CSV headers exactly.
Click the Snapshot button to download a formatted receipt image for this reservation.
Then, click the Reservation ID button to open that specific trip in Turo and upload the image.
Note: The "Tolls and tickets Turo CSV Status" shows the amount Turo has already processed for this reservation. Use this to quickly see if you've already been reimbursed.
These tolls occurred outside of any known reservation time window.
